Transforming MSF. For Today and Tomorrow.
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has launched the Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC) to transform our ability to address the most pressing medical and humanitarian challenges around the world.
We are investing funds, intellectual capital and human resources to improve our ability to deliver urgent lifesaving care both now and in the future.
TIC projects are supporting medical R&D projects to improve the quality of care for our patients; developing the skills and expertise of MSF staff through innovative HR learning and development initiatives; strengthening MSF’s program delivery with operations improvements and technology; and implementing efficiency gains initiatives to optimize the use of our funds and people to focus on our social mission.
The TIC is an opportunity for MSF staff and association members from across the movement to bring forward new ideas that can change how we work to better meet the evolving needs of our patients. Submitted proposals are evaluated by our TIC Selection Committee and successful project teams receive funding to develop innovations and are mentored by leading experts. All TIC projects are tracked and evaluated in a way that is transparent and visible to everyone in MSF.
Concept Notes, Business Cases, Status Reports, and Videos for submitted projects are available on our SharePoint site (for MSF staff only).
