TIC Resources for Accepted Projects
Project Status Report TemplateRequired for all accepted (Large-Scale Projects and Incubator) projects to report on progress at every six month interval. This report is intended to track how well the project is meeting interim milestones. Information to be included: accomplishments, plans for the next period, budget (actual versus plan), forecast (expected versus plan), challenges, changes, issues and risks, as well as key insights and lessons learned.
TIC Change Request FormThe Change Request form is to be completed and submitted when a project team is proposing a material change in project scope, budget, timeline, etc. Depending on the nature of the proposed change, the request will be reviewed and approved by the TIC Selection Committee and/or the MSF ExCom.
