Project Status Report Template
Required for all accepted (Incubator, Large-Scale and Very-Large-Scale) projects to report on progress at six-month intervals. This report is intended to track how well the project is meeting interim milestones. Information to be included: accomplishments, plans for the next period, challenges, changes, issues and risks, as well as key insights and lessons learned.Proposal and Project Budget Template

The Change Request form is to be completed and submitted when a project team is proposing a material change in project scope, budget, timeline, etc. Depending on the nature of the proposed change, the request will be reviewed and approved by the TIC Selection Committee and/or MSF ExCom.Project Completion Report Template

The TIC-supported Innovation Partnerships Project has produced an Innovation Partnerships Toolbox, a set of movement-wide guidelines aimed at assisting MSF staff and association members entering into innovation partnerships.
